Rebecca Bright is an RICS qualified professional ready to provide expert advice, support and knowledge regarding the prime London residential market. Providing a comprehensive service, which includes surveying, property search and valuations to assist with the process of purchasing property. 

Bright Surveyors Ltd is regulated by the RICS. 

Having graduated with a BSc in Building Surveying, Rebecca has over twenty years experience working as a Surveyor. Initially she spent two years working for a boutique architecture firm in Chelsea managing high end, residential refurbishment projects throughout South West London. She then spent time working in the public sector. It was during this role that Rebecca oversaw an extensive portfolio of properties across the south of England, including many Listed buildings and gained valuable experience in the maintenance and refurbishment of historic buildings. 

Since then Rebecca has worked for Hamptons International, predominantly specialising in valuing prime London properties.  Prior to this she worked at Countrywide for around five years, valuing and surveying properties across Central and West London. It was here that she qualified with the RICS in 2014.

Rebecca has a passion for property, and aims to assist in ensuring the purchasing process is navigated with the best advice possible.  Rebecca will work closely with clients to provide extensive insight and go the extra mile to provide a bespoke, tailored, service.
